Dr. William U. Latham is an executive strategist, educator and transformation leader whose career spans higher education, leadership development, entrepreneurship, student success, culture and organizational change. His experience includes senior executive leadership in universities, advisory work with Gallup Education, leadership studies, entrepreneurship and small-business development, and the design of large-scale student-success ecosystems.

Across these roles, one through-line has remained constant: helping people and organizations understand their assets, see new possibility, build stronger communities and convert ideas into measurable action.
